Edit history (restore points)

The edit-history ledger, newest first.

Each row is the PRIOR state of a scene or chapter captured just before an update or delete, whoever made it. Metadata only.

Resolve a review comment POST

Mark a comment resolved and link the change that answered it: changeset_id (apply_changes) and/or revision_id (the edit-history ledger).
