Get resolution status

What's resolved vs unresolved in a project, and the estimated credits to resolve the rest.

A scene is resolved once it has renderable content; voice-over is tracked per chapter. Read-only counterpart to POST /projects/{id}/resolve — the counts match the editor's readiness UI exactly (shared logic).
