Set a workspace's default audio mix profile

Send { profile: { mix, voMasterVolume?, musicMasterVolume?, sfxMasterVolume? } } to set it (stored clamped; mix.moments is dropped), { from_project_id } to copy a project's current profile, or { profile: null } to clear. Applies only to projects created afterwards; existing projects are never changed.
