Create a workspace
Create a workspace: one per brand, channel or client, carrying the defaults its projects inherit.
Account-level keys only (workspace-scoped keys get 403). Limited by the plan (max_channels); archived workspaces do not count. Over the limit returns 402 plan_limit_reached with limit, current and upgrade_url.
