The frames of the scene's current composition_version and duration (frames), the previous version's frames while under 24 h old (fallback_frames), thumbnail_version (below composition_version means the published picture is stale), and missing_t_ms: the times still worth capturing (2 cut anchors, 6-12 uniform frames, gap fill until no gap exceeds max(duration/8, 1.5 s)). Any member may read.
