Report an issue

The report itself is one sentence; everything needed to diagnose it is attached automatically — the project, the failures, the pipeline trace, and for a chat or editor issue the Director transcript pinned at the moment it was filed.

Returns 503 while issue intake is not yet enabled for this deployment.
